Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Garden Route Embroidery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Orders

All orders must be submitted via our website contact forms. Orders are not confirmed until a written quote or invoice is provided and a deposit is received (if applicable).

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. Full payment must be received before dispatch or delivery.

3. Production & Turnaround

Production timelines depend on order size, complexity, and stock availability. Standard small orders are completed within 5–10 working days. Bulk or custom orders may take 7–14 business days or longer. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

4. Artwork & Digitising

Clients must provide artwork in acceptable formats (.DST, .PES, .AI, .PDF). We can digitize JPEG or PNG files for an additional fee. We are not responsible for poor quality designs provided by the client.

5. Delivery & Collection

We deliver locally across the Garden Route or can arrange courier shipping nationwide. Delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom embroidery is non-refundable once production has started. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will rectify the issue or provide a replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients confirm they have the rights to all logos and artwork submitted. Garden Route Embroidery will not be held liable for any infringement issues arising from client-provided materials.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.
